Finding the cause of a fault can mean opening or dismantling the product, which can leave permanent marks or leave it unusable, whether or not we find a defect. We will tell you before that happens. A product altered by inspection can no longer be returned as unused. If we accept the claim, you get a replacement either way.
If we accept a claim, the remedy under the TORP Limited Warranty is replacement of the product. The warranty itself does not provide repair, a price reduction or a refund. Your statutory consumer rights are separate and are not affected.
