TORP XMAS GIVEAWAY 2025. – OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Organizer
   This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by TORP d.o.o. (“Organizer”, “TORP”).

2. Eligibility
   The Giveaway is open to everyone except employees of TORP or anyone involved in the organization of this Giveaway.

A valid and public Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account is required.

3. How to Enter
   Participants may enter through Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok.

Entering on multiple platforms increases the number of valid entries.

– Instagram Entry Requirements
To submit a valid Instagram entry, the participant must:

 -> Post a photo of their Christmas decorated bike/setup on their Instagram Story and tag @torpmotors.
 -> Like the Giveaway post and follow @torpmotors.
 -> Comment on the Giveaway post tagging 2 friends.

*Participants may submit multiple comments, as long as each comment tags new riders. Each such comment counts as an additional entry.

– Facebook Entry Requirements
To submit a valid Facebook entry, the participant must:

 -> Comment under the Giveaway post with a photo of their Christmas decorated bike/setup + tag 2 friends in the same comment.
 -> Like the Giveaway post and follow TORP.

*Participants may comment multiple times. Each comment containing a new Christmas setup photo + new 2 tagged friends counts as an additional entry.

– TikTok Entry Requirements
To submit a valid TikTok entry, the participant must:

 -> Follow @torpmotors on TikTok.
 -> Post a video of their Christmas decorated bike/setup in a TikTok post or Story, tagging @torpmotors and include the hashtag #torpmotors.

4. Prize
   One (1) winner will receive a full 2.X TORP controller kit of their choice, compatible with:

 -> SurRon Light Bee / Ultra Bee
 -> Talaria MX3 / MX4 / MX5

choosing TC500 or TC1000 controller plug-and-play kit.

The prize is not exchangeable for cash.

5. Giveaway Period

   The Giveaway begins upon publication and ends on:

Monday, December 15th, 2025 at 15:00 CET.

6. Winner Selection

   One (1) winner will be chosen via random selection from all valid entries submitted across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

   The winner will be announced on December 15th, 2025 or latest 3 days after the end of the giveaway via TORP’s Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Stories and contacted privately through inbox/direct message.

   If the winner does not respond within 1 week, TORP reserves the right to select a new winner.

   If the winner provides their shipping information promptly, TORP will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize before Christmas. Delivery times depend on courier services and location.

7. Rights Granted by Participants

   By entering, participants agree that TORP may repost, share, and publish their submitted photos or videos across TORP’s social media platforms for promotional purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

   TORP is not responsible for:

 -> Lost, incomplete, or inaccessible entries

 -> Technical issues on social media platforms

 -> Miscommunication or delays caused by third-party services

By participating, entrants agree to release TORP from any liability related to this Giveaway.

9. Not Sponsored by Meta or TikTok

   This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

    

10. Prize Delivery and Costs
    

    Torp d.o.o. will arrange delivery of the prize and will cover the direct shipping cost for one delivery attempt via DHL service to the Winner`s address. The Recipient is responsible for all other costs related to the prize delivery, including but not limited to, import fees, customs duties, additional delivery attempts, and other expenses not covered by the standard DHL service fee. The Recipient acknowledges that if the prize delivery is unsuccessful after the first attempt, all further delivery attempts and associated costs will be the responsibility of the Recipient.
     

11. Acceptance of Rules

    Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Official Rules.
