In case of any problems encountered during the installation and use of our products, feel free to contact our Support Team at [email protected]. When contacting Torp Support, please describe your issue in as much detail as possible, and send the serial number of your controller.

Keep in mind that Torp d.o.o. is not in any way responsible for any damages or injuries that might occur during the use of their products. Also, Torp d.o.o. is not liable for any legal implications
regarding the use of our products on your vehicle.

Torp d.o.o. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return initiate the return within 30 days of receiving the product, and you will get a full refund to your original payment method.
You can initiate the return by contacting our team at [email protected] with the following information:
-Full name and address
-Phone number
-Copy of the invoice
Returned products can`t be damaged or broken and must be returned in their original packaging and with all the original parts included.

Torp Company warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 2 years from the original invoice date.
The warranty does not cover:
-Damage to a product resulting from negligence, improper installation, or improper use.
-Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification, miswiring, or testing of the product.
-Damage caused by a natural disaster.
-Theft or loss of the product.
-Any damages to the plastic shield.
-Surface scratches that do not affect the functioning of the product.
-Any legal implications regarding the use of our product in your country.

If the owner discovers any defects that are covered by the Limited Warranty during the applicable warranty period, the owner shall report the defect to the Torp Company by sending an email to
